We're a woman-owned guiding company offering immersive hikes through Sedona and the Southwest. Each journey blends local knowledge, plant wisdom, cultural history, geology, and the science of Sedona's energy vortexes.

A lifelong student of the land, with nearly a decade guiding people through Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and the surrounding Southwest. For me, guiding is a way of deepening our connection with our Mother, the Earth.
My intention is to help you slow down, listen, and reconnect to the Earth, to yourself, and to the stories that have lived here long before us.
